JBP PSA: No More Album Reviews

JBP PSA: Due to the ever-changing music climate ie. I cannot deal with publicists, managers, or music executives.

I will not be taking on any new music album reviews from any artists. I will be focusing on my other musical projects and Upcoming VLOG. It was one of my greatest pleasures here at JBP to share with all of my readers New up and coming bands in the scene and beyond. I truly enjoy writing these album reviews but have not seen the fruits from my labor and seemingly harassed and inundated with requests for free reviews. Free CDs and tickets don’t pay the bills.

Music journalism is seemingly dead and now they are just beating a dead horse. Lets keep what we can alive. With live music coming back, I want to focus on getting back out on the road and seeing live music instead of dreaming about it. Things will change here at JBP but I hope my loyal readers will stick with me!

On the other hand, if any publications or websites would like to hire me to review their content that may be something I would be willing to do in the future. Thank you.
